Authentic Valencian Paella
Edrick Corban-Banks owner of Casa Paella, was awarded in Valencia, an accessit 5th place 2013 and 4th place 2015 in the Concurso Internacional de Paella Valenciana de Sueca, the oldest and most prestigious paella contest in Spain. This contest ranks in the top 25 food visits to visit. The winner of this contest is acknowledged Internationally as the leading paella Chef In 2018, he was made Embajador de Concurso Internacional de Paella Valenciana en el Pacifico. That same year he was invited to be a member of the judging panel of the contest. The first non-Valencian to judge their national Dish and , evaluating some of the leading paella restaurants in Valencia Spain. Edrick coordinated and directed the first international semifinals in Australia in 2014 and is now in its fifth year. When you order an Alicante Paella ( chicken) , or a seafood paella ( see menu) included with those paellas is a small but delectable assortment of tapas, all included at NO EXTRA CHARGE!. Indulge in a variety of flavours and textures with our olives, manchego cheese, and either serrano or chorizo, perfectly complementing the main course. Of course no Spanish meal is complete without a side of bread, all this served free of charge. At Casa Paella, we believe that the best dining experiences should be complete and satisfying - and our Menu del Dia is no exception.
